Startup Script

I changed from 9.0 to 10.1.

Somehow I cant run a startup script like in 9.0(user.bashrc in nios2eds folder). How can I do this in 10.1?

    Well, under 9.0 in /ALTERADIR/nios2eds there is the sdk_shell. When I run this file it executes the script in user.bashrc. In 10.1 this doesnt work anymore.
