Stand alone signal tap

Question

I would like to run Signal Tap on a different computer than I used to develop the firmware.

How do I obtain a stand alone version of Signal Tap and load it onto my computer?
The design was done using Quarts 10.1 for a Cyclone II device.
Do I need to use Signal Tap 10?
Do I need to use a version of Signal Tap tat supports Cyclone II?

Why can't you install Quartus with it?

Just download the Quartus programmer seperately and install on the 2nd machine. It's free and doesnt require a licence.

I installed Quartus Prime Lite and put a shortcut to quartus.stpw on the desktop.
