Hello,
I need to program Arria-10 EVB with SOF file, which was generated in Quartus v19.2 (linux).
I need to program the FPGA from PC with Win10.
Where can I download the Stand Alone Quartus Programmer (or Quartus Lab Edition)? I believe this tool should be free of charge.
