Stand alone programmer for EP3C40F780I7J

Hi,

( CYCLONE III, ALTERA EP3C40F780I7J)

Can someone advise me if the QUARTUS II stand alone programmer will programme the above device.

If possible is there a link to go to to buy the Quartus II and the SOCKET required for this device ?

I am looking to programme over 2k of these parts off board. If anyone could help that would be great.

You can program a configuration device off board, but not the FPGA itself. The FPGA has a volatile memory.
