[Solved] Bugs in Quartus II 18.0 pro on Ubuntu both 16.04 and 18.04

Question

I installed 18.0 pro on two Ubuntu servers. When I try to access quartus through VNC viewer, on one server it simply fail to show the GUI, windows stuck there as shown below, the other one is OK, but it seems the key map is wrong, type qwertyuiopasdfghjkl;', it shows c.gvnmlzx afbhjk;'`i .

VNC: TightVNC/vnc4server

OS: Ubuntu 18.04/16.04 LTS

Desktop: Xfce4

Switch vncserver to ​TIgerVNC, and everything works fine.
