Simulation Flow Window Opens and Closes Instantly

Hello, I'm using Quartus II 64-Bits 13.0.0 and while simulating my project (opening a .vwf file and then going to Functional Simulation), the "Simulation Flow" window opens and closes instantly...

I believe the Quartus II 13.0 is not supported in Windows 10. Try with Win 7.

Hmm, well, almost sure other students tried it in Windows 10 and it worked just fine. I'll try reinstalling everything...
