Simplest method to transmit a file to FPGA

Provided that one has a file that is to be transmitted down to the FPGA and it will store every byte into internal or external memory (maximum size is around 1MegaByte). What is the preferred way of ...

Hi Bob,

Thank you for this further advice. I've already got the display path working (as I said, it's relatively easy). I'll press on.

People keep telling me how easy it is to do this, without pointing to a complete solution.

I shudder to imagine things that *aren't* considered easy in this context :^)
