Signaltap and time limited sof file

Can I use signaltap with time limited sof files (due to opencore licensed IP)?

    OK that does not appear to be problem. I try to program sof file from signaltap and after I program it Program the device to continue message is still showing.

    Usually this is due to an sof that wasn't generated with the same signaltap file or the wrong part. Programming it through the programmer instead will show you the cause of the error in the main quartus window
