Signal tap not working in Quartus Pro 18.0

Hi all!

I'm working on a design for a custom board with Cyclone 10 GX FPGA.

I am able to program the design using jtag, but I'm unable to use Signal Tap (there's "instance not found" message under status).

I downloaded .sof for sure because I see leds toggling, in fitter report signal tap uses some resources and it's enabled in project settings.

Did anyone else have this issue?

I'm using Quartus Pro 18.0.
