signal tap II in web edition

HI all,

Is the signal Tap II analyzer active in the web edition of the Quartus II or it is to be used only with the full edition of the quartus II. PLease let me know in this regard.

Please let me know if the signal tap II can be used with the web edition of the quartus II 6.0. I have tried installing the quartus II 6.0 but it returns an error saying the feature is not present. I have also had a web license to install the web edition. Help on this would be very helpful.
