Show Jitter in ModelSim

Hello,

i created a DualPortRam in Quartus II 10.0sp1 and made a functional simulation with ModelSim 6.5e.

Now i want to make a timing simulation (GateLevel), where the positive and negative jitter of the signals is shown.

I have already simulated the fast and slow model. But i can't find the setting to show the jitter(or "possible positive/negative delay").

There is something like a gray area of the signal transition in my mind which should be shown in the wave window in modelsim?!

Am i taking the false simulation settings or something like this?
