Share quartus II & Modelsim projets, legal limitations ?

Hello,

I am currently working on an Arria 10 dedicated VHDL design using Quartus II prime SE and Modelsim Intel FPGA software development and simulation tools.

I would like to share in the public domain the whole project (my sources, Intel IPs used like a fifo, a pll..., all project files) through github or through a direct download link on a website.

Is there some Intel legal limitation in doing that ?
