Setup default project location

Hello, When I create a new project, the following location appears in the dialog window "C:\altera\15.1". How to change it for a new location ? Thanks.

Anybody know a way to achieve this?

We use Quartus for teaching, and are constantly having to remind students not to create projects in that directory. You'd be amazed how many start overwriting Quartus installation files because of the default directory being the Quartus root directory.
