Self service licensing.

Question

Our licenses are due to expire Aug 31. We've heard nothing on when the new ones will be available. Now I can't get into the self service license center to even check if they're available. I keep getting some apache errors that either it's not available or that it refuses to acknowledge it's available.

Is the licensing center broken? Has there been a change in the license process that we need to be aware of?
