Self service license server doesn't work

After logging in, it kept getting to the page:

You do not currently have access to this site. Please follow the instructions on the help page to request access.

Can't find any useful info on the help page, an endless loop.

Please help

    Hi RZhen11​ 

    You have to register an account for the SSLC first.

    MyAltera was supposed to allow access to all things. Unfortunately, this change didn’t get in before SSLC launched, so SSLC has a different signup from myAltera.

     

     

    If you have been registered, you should see a message below indicate the account already exists.

    Additionally, you will receive an email below from sslc@altera.com after you register a SSLC account. This email inform you that your account has been successfully activated.

    Do you receive this email before?

     

     



    Once the account has been activated, login into the SSLC using the email address you have registered by clicking the Sign In button.
