you can find the commands here (http://quartushelp.altera.com/11.1/master.htm#mergedprojects/tafs/tafs/tcl_list_of_packages.htm?gsa_pos=9&wt.oss_r=1&wt.oss=tcl%20qartus%20package), but I if you are starting to use scripting I would recommend making assignments using the GUI, and then study what changes were made in the qsf \ sdc \ qpf \ stp or any other type of script file Altera uses

Hi the brick,
Thanks for your reply. But my question was different. For example, there are many assignments like Location,PCI/O,current strength, slew rate, virtual pin,I/O standard..etc) I know the usage of "Location" which is used to assign exact pin location.even i did use "current strength with 12ma"for DDRSDRAM pins(it is suggested in kit user guide only) in my design.Like that ,i need some resource/links to learn about all assignment names. Thanks & Regards Raghavendra.S - Altera_Forum

I believe that the most used for synthesis are set pin location current strength weak pull up and you might find this one also useful: set virtual pin
