Restoring BeMicro SDK Factory Default

Hello,

Having just received the gen2 BeMicro SDK when first plugging it into a USB port the LEDs lite up and pulsed semi-randomly. I re-flashed the EPCS16 with the Factory Default image after creating a *.jic file, but on re-boot all 8 LEDs just light up and the NIOS II doesn't recognize a valid SPOC CPU.

Can you please direct me on how to properly re-flash my cool new BeMicro SDK?
