I haven't use this feature before as I only manage my own licenses or computer.
You just want me to help you to Add New Admin with the info provided? (first name, last name and email address)
If so, please help to provide the info.
If you have issue with the login, I advice to contact the customer service in the Intel FPGA Self Service Licensing Center as there is a different team maintaining the webpage. We do not have the visibility on that.

Ohh! I think the login issue could be due to the recent changes to support enhanced security controls.

User names or shared email addresses will no longer be accepted. Try to sign in using your individual email address.

Yes... due to the recent changes we can't access INTEL FPGA Self Service Licensing Center using Group mail address.
Therefore, we would like to ask you to add a delegated administrator to this Group mail address account.

I have asked the IT to add the delegate admin.
Please help to check and confirm.
