Replacing an Evaluation License

I accidently set my Quartus Prime to an evaluation license a few days ago. My company has full Quartus Prime Pro licenses but I can't seem to switch back to the full license. I am unable to ...

I'm fairly new to Quartus so I'm not too familiar with the licensing. I will check with who handles our licensing.

Would it be normal to get that connection error rather than Quartus reporting an expired license?
