Renew Questa (starter) license after it is expired

I installed Questa 21.1 Starter Edition in february 2022 and I got license (.dat file) expiring on February 2nd, 2023. The program operated well (I set the LM_LICENSE_FILE properly) until the expiration date of license, and now I don't know how to renew the license.

Trying to get new license file (from the Self Service Licensing Center), it does not contain the FEATURE for Questa (section is empty):

# FEATURE START
# This is license file for Questasim*-Intel FPGA Starter Edition
# Number of seat licenses is 1
# License Expires 09-Feb-2024
# FEATURE END

I tried to generate license file both from "Sign up for evaluation or free licenses" menu and from "Licenses\Licenses with expired maintenance" but the feature section is always empty, in the .dat file I received by email.

In addiction, the link to purchase Questa separately is not operating (an error is reported and the browser jumps to the Intel main page).

Do anyone experienced the same problem or do know a solution?
