remote access of quartus through internet...

i have recently started a project in which an fpga can be accessed remotely through internet.

i have been able to create the interface through labview using data aquisition cards. however, it needs to be accessed remotely from users. i know that jtag server can be used for this purpose. i am not sure how to set this up. please provide me with a solution where a remote user can access quartus software on the server computer.
