He have permanent quartus licenses on old Linux server. How can we rehost those licenses to other server?

The products with permanent licenses we use is not in the list of products in 'Computers and License Files' tab
I guess they are to old. So may be we have some-how to add the current products to the list in Self Service Licensing Center ?
