Registering Quartus software

Hello,

I am trying to renew my subscription for Quartus v20. It appears that I need to have my current software registered to my account before I can do so, but it requires a serial number. In all the paperwork/emails that we received when first acquiring the software, we can't seem to find where the serial number would be located.

Per the faq-registration guide, it should be located in the emailed receipt, but my boss says there is nothing matching that number format.

Is there another way I can find out that number or is there a better way to renew the subscription? I was hoping to claim the discount that comes along with renewing it.
