Regarding Intel Libraries in Quartus eda directory

I am not familiar with the DSPBA (I presumed you are referring to DSP Builder Advanced).

If you would like to get familiar with the simulation flow, you may refer to the document below on how to simulate a design using the Questa Intel FPGA Edition simulation tool:
