reasons for the difference of the two pcbs

Could someone tell me the reason ? Recently, I made two PCBs. But when I downloaded the same sof file, they runned differently.

You expect all the components to be 100% the same? You expect the PCB manufacturer made no mistakes? You are sure all parts soldered 100% correctly? Think again.
