Rapid Recompile for Cyclone IV E? (answered)

I'm working on my thesis project and was hoping to have rapid recompile supported. After obtaining a license file from my university and installing Quartus Standard Edition, the option is still grey...

I found my answer just this afternoon:

This comparison chart shows rapid recompile only supported in the following devices: Stratix V, Arria V, Cyclone V.

Even though I found the answer, I'm leaving the question for the benefit of whomever is searching for it since it took me a week to obtain the shared network license and figure this out.
