Questa starter edition license issue

Hello,

I generated a license file for the questa software. When creating it I set the license to be float, but I need it to be fixed to a given MAC address. However, now I can not change from float to host the license and I can't remove the license associated to that MAC and create it again.

So, how can I change the license from float to fixed?
