i have downloaded questa 22.3 version on windows 11 after installing it doesn't work and it doesn't want to start up , does it still not supporting windows 11 ? or why it's crashing if it supports.

Tested with no problem on Windows 11 check image attached.
Have you set up a valid software license for Questa version 22.3? Check this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683472/22-3/and-software-license.html
