Questa License Problem

I am unable to do simulation in Quartus because of some License problem. I tried getting the certificate from the SSLC and changed the environment variables also but still i am getting the same error...

May I know do you use fixed license? Please set the license path to the environment variable SALT_LICENSE_SERVER
