Questa free license not visible in FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center

Hi, I need a free license for Questa for use with Quartus Prime Lite Edition. The guides tell me to go to the FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center, then click on "sign up for evaluation or free licen...

Now it also works on my first account. It just took 4 days for the "Welcome to PSG Licensing" E-Mail to arrive. And now the free licenses show up in the licensing center.
