Quatusのライセンスについて

FPGAの開発ツールQuatusのライセンスについて質問があります。 AlteraのときにQuatus 13のらいせんすを持っているのですが、新しいQuatusにはこのライセンスは使用できませんか？

    I have a license for Altera 13.1.0 version.
    Which version can I use?
