検討製品：MAX10 *.qsfに記述しましたがコンパイル後のレポートファイルに反映されませんでした。

Can the SEU report also be made available for the Quartus Prime LITE edition? ---- No, either you can use Pro or Standard edition.
Is there a separate license type required to create the SEU report?----- Yes, refer the links below for more details.
For all license refer Intel SSLC.
