QuartusII ver18.1で下記設定を使用できますか。 set_global_assignment -name SEU_FIT_REPORT ON

検討製品：MAX10 *.qsfに記述しましたがコンパイル後のレポートファイルに反映されませんでした。

Yes, you can use these setting with Quartus standard edition, please refer the below application note & video,
