Quartus web edition free support for Cyclone 2

I have tried to install the older version 13.0.0156 quatus edition

only to see this is subscription only.

are any version of this software a free web addition that supports the cyclone 2

can anyone point me in the right direction.

    I'm slightly modifying Ted's instructions:

    Under "Software Selector"

    click the "Select by Device" tab

    click "Cyclone II" family

    The right hand table has the Subscription and Web editions that support that family.
