Quartus v14 does not launch MegaWizard

My Quartus 14.0.2.209 Web edition refuses to launch the MegaWizard when its clicked in the Tasks window under Create Design. There is no error or anything, just nothing happens upon clicking it. However in Quartus 13.1 it works fine.

To fix it i have tried reinstalling Quartus, applying the 14.0.2.209 update, reinstalling it again on the C drive, rebooting a few times etc... I am running this on Windows 7 Pro SP1 (I would try installing it on another machine or a VM but they are running 32bit OSes)

For now i am using Quartus 13.1 then, but 14 is supposed to have some bugfixes around the Cyclone V family.

    Ahh yeah that works! Sorry about the silly question.

    But if the MegaWizard has been deprecated why is the button to launch it still there? If i had seen the button gone i would have guessed the functionality was changed or moved somehow. Or is this a result of having Quartus 13.1 installed at the same time?
