Quartus v12.x v13.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 linux - usb port settings for jtagd usb blaster

I checked the permission of my usb port.

crw-rw-rw- 1 root root 189, 133 Dec 9 09:37 006

I think it's fine.

But the device is still not available.
