The intel website is not able to download. Just need a link to download to brush firmware.
Any help would be appreciated.
Frequent ContributorQuartus 16 is no longer available for download. Past the expiry date. 17 is the earliest version now.
(well except for the case of 13.0/13.1 which is special).

Super ContributorAnd there's really no need to use an older version of the Programmer. As long as you have a valid programming file, any version of the Programmer will work.
