No harry, there is the steps:

  1. Change the MSEL setting to QSPI

  1. Change the SW1, make sure the MAXV is in jtag chain:

Thanks for instructions, however this seems to be for the MAX10 and for a .pof file.

Are these the step by step guide for programming the onboard QSPI Flash card below?

4.1. Development Kit Feature Summary (intel.com)

  • QSPI Flash: 256 MB (MT25QU02GCBB8E12-0SIT)

My .jic file reference when loaded into Quartus Programmer shows up as device MT25QU02G, which is different to .pof file shown in your link below:
