Quartus network license works for Quartus II 14.1, but not Quartus II 14.0

I am working on some old firmware developed on Quartus II 14.0 by TI. Automatic Upgrade (to 14.1) fails to upgrade the Qsys systems. I would much prefer using the original dev software (14.0) to reverse engineering a whole Qsys system that I didn't design and figuring out how to manually upgrade it.

Unfortunately, when I try to run 14.0, it cannot find my license file. I have attached screenshots of the licensing wizard for 14.0 (no licenses found), and 14.1. I have also attached a screenshot of the console from 14.0

    Welcome to INTEL forum. To further investigate could you provide

    1) full report .log file

    2) lmutil lmstat –a –c <port>@<server> in BOTH server and client machine.
