Quartus logfile / report file format

QuartusII Gui Messages window offers the colums "Source" and "File". If you rund synthesis through quartus_sh, neither the logifle / command line output nor report do contain all information you get from the messages window.

I know there are several Warnings that contain a filename, but not all do!

Question: can i somehow get this information or configure the commandline output? Or maybe there's some quartus/qsf setting i haven't found yet?

    all quartus reports (including the command window) should be available as various txt files (but with .rpt extensions)
