Quartus logfile / report file format

QuartusII Gui Messages window offers the colums "Source" and "File". If you rund synthesis through quartus_sh, neither the logifle / command line output nor report do contain all information you get ...

all quartus reports (including the command window) should be available as various txt files (but with .rpt extensions)
