Quartus lite download error (Internet connection cannot be established)

I keep getting the message saying 'Internet Connection cannot be established' even though my internet is stable. I tried with another internet connection, and deleted McAfee just in case it blocks ...

    Hello. I have tested the internet connection and it doesn't work as you said.

    But it's okay.
