Hi quartus in 22.1std requires libprotobuf.so.14 to run.
This is a 5yr old version of the library and is not installed on later dev environments.

Super ContributorHmm... As of now, RHEL 9 is not yet officially supported for Quartus. So I not sure if this might be the root cause.
Do you observe the same behavior when you try to install in RHEL 8.6, which is officially supported?
