Hi quartus in 22.1std requires libprotobuf.so.14 to run.
This is a 5yr old version of the library and is not installed on later dev environments.

New Contributorok and 5 minutes after that I just did a chgrp -R [user group] * on opt/altera/ and that seems to have fixed things.
Installer needs to set permissions a bit better...
