quartus libprotobuf.so.14 requirement

Hi quartus in 22.1std requires libprotobuf.so.14 to run. This is a 5yr old version of the library and is not installed on later dev environments. libprotobuf is up to version 25 I see there wa...

And 10 minutes later I found the problem with this one.

Half the libraries are not set with other rx permission in the quartus/ linux64 folder..

Fixed with sudo chmod o+rx *so* on that folder.

Now I'm just getting a core dump after resolving all libs ... yay not...
