Quartus legacy license generator not working?

Yes, I've tried the solution you provided in your previous post, but I didn't succeed:

• Once on the page https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/f/download/licensing/lic-q2web.html, I fill in the information and submit, but I never receive any e-mail.
• As for the "FFFF FFFF FFFF" solution, I don't manage to enter this value (NIC field is limited in length to the 12 MAC address digits, or maybe I should enter "FFFFFFFFFFFF" (without the spaces)) and I don't know then where to enter the actual NIC value.

And I've just tried the last solution you mentioned, the self service licensing center, but I don't manage to do anything because I have no software listed there.

I hope we will find soon how to solve this issue, as for now I'm blocked on a project for which an urgent modification is due.
