下記のURLからQuartus II(Ver.6.1)がダウンロードできませんでした。 http://fpgasoftware.intel.com/13.0/?edition=web Quartus II(Ver.6.1)を送って頂けないでしょうか。お手数ですが、よろしくお願い致します。

Could you please check the link below for Quartus II Ver.6.1 installer?

I would like to suggest you please make a use of latest free Quartus lite edition.
