Quartus II Web Edition Licensing Issue

I'm Quartus II Web Edition 6.1 user. I filled in the required fields including MAC address and hit the Continue button at the following web page. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable...

Why are you trying to use a 12 year old version of the software? Also, web edition is free and does not require licensing.
