Quartus II v9.1 internal error

It seems quartus ii errors in handling PLLs.

There are two plls in my project. Quartus ii seems trying to merge them.

The types of two pll are setting to 'Auto'.

When set to left_right pll or top_bottom pll, the problem can be solved.
