Quartus II v15, download problem

I can give you more information:

After clicking on the download button (wherever between single file download or DVD download) my browser go to this page:

https://sso.altera.com/pf/adapter2adapter.ping?spsessionauthnadapterid=refidup&targetresource=http%3a%2f%2fdl.altera.com%2f15.0%2f%3fedition%3dweb%26platform%3dwindows%26version_number%3d15.0%26dlm3_download%3d1%26dlm3_container%3ddlmcontainer-2%26filenames%3dquartussetupweb-windows.exe__cyclone.qdz__cyclonev.qdz__max.qdz__max10.qdz__%23tabs-2

After what i can see:

"Authentication failed. Please try again. {}"

I would be very gratefull for someone help.
